I like her but she has no training. I don't understand why you don't train these people before sending them into a Veterans home. I'm having to train her myself which is unacceptable. I would like someone to call me about this matter please. Sincerely, Timothy Shores
Stephanie is a great helper, very organized. She takes me grocery shopping as needed. She drives, then follows me with the cart, once home she unpacks the car, helps put away groceries. She has helped in many ways, and I very much appreciate her.

Yui is amazing! She is a diligent and intelligent worker. Always kind and smiling and ready to work. Yui's work is always done very well. When she sees something to be done, she does it. I don't need to point it out. My pets love her, too! I have two cats, Frankie and Cleo. They look forward to seeing her each week as do I. I am very glad and pleased that Yui is working in my home.
