What a pleasant experience buying a boat through Riggs Yacht Sales! Tom Gaeta handled every step with professionalism and was very customer sensitive. He handled us like we were buying a much more expensive boat. I suspect he treats all of his customers the same no matter how much the boat costs. A+ Highly recommended.
Thom cross was our boat broker and one of the first boats we looked at. He was the first boat broker we have ever dealt with and let me tell you a thing or 2 or 5 lol after he showed us the 1970 53’ HATTERAS we drove almost 6500 miles and seen a lot of boats and dealt with a lot of so called boat brokers I almost gave up and told my husband let’s forget this mess we was lied to and sent pictures that was 20 years old of boats…and finally went back to thom cross long story short… THOM CROSS was top notch honest and to the poi... read more
I just purchased a 25’ Boston Whaler that Riggs had listed. I can’t say enough good things about Tom Gaeta who not only made the sale go seamlessly but went above and beyond by answering my numerous questions and coordinating all necessary inspections. No is not part of his vocabulary.
