Great doctor. Takes lots of time to sit & talk with you. Tries to understand your pain, your symptoms, etc.
His staff was rude. It took the lady three attempts and two different sets of impressions before they were able to make a mouth piece that fit my upper teeth. Then they charged me after not proper adjusting the lower apparatus. The office is old and needs to be updated.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond in working to help me.
I went to see Dr. Riggs for TMJ issues and did not have the best experience. First off, the office was extremely antiquated and not very well-kept up (in fact, one of the mirrors in the back was being held together with dental floss and the chair I was put in barely worked), and the staff wasn’t very pleasant. I went for a consultation and then back again for a follow-up a few months later, and he didn’t even remember I had been in for the consultation, even when he looked at his notes.
