Don’t know who Jeff is- but when I finally get my correct fuel pump for my Kubota after attempt number 5 and 37 days later- I’m shitcanning my Kubota and getting literally anything else simply so I don’t have to deal with the likes of him again. Roy is cool though.
Needed to replace the battery for my lawn tractor that I’ve replaced twice before. The gentleman in the service department was quick to help solve my issue. He insisted that it would be in my best interest to swap out the current battery with a conversion kit of a more reliable battery. What I appreciate is he was upfront about the issues with my current battery and the price of the replacement. After looking for a Kubota Dealer in the SW MI - NW IN we found Rigg's in LaPorte, IN. After meeting with Jeff he helped us find the appropriate Kubota Tractor to fit our needs. This is also the perfect location for after sale service and parts. The purchase was easily completed. Very good experience for me at Rigg's. I highly recommend this business!
