This experience got worse, not better. My wife initially called with a basic question about snowblower repair pricing and spoke with Don White, who said he is the owner. She was told to “get it through her head” that they had no idea what it would cost. That alone was rude and unnecessary. I then called back myself to clarify and spoke directly with Don. I needed a carburetor for my Stihl leaf blower. I told the employee the model of the blower. During installation I realized they gave me the wrong part. So, take the old part with you to be sure you get the correct part.

After trying to start my Stihl chainsaw, and it not starting, I took it to Riggs Outdoor Power Equipment, thinking it needed a tuneup. While I was in the store, looking at other equipment, I heard what sounded like an engine start. When I went back to the front desk, Greg and Ron told me my chainsaw. Most likely wouldn’t start when I tried to start it because it was flooded. They told me there was no charge and proceeded to show me how to adjust and remove the chain to sharpen it.
