I took my push mower to Riggs with a problem that it would not run without constantly feed the carburetor with fuel. I had tried all that I knew to repair it but was unable to. Riggs people listened to my description of the problem and took it in for diagnosis. They called the same day with the solution and estimate of the cost. The only delay was waiting on parts. Excellent sales staff! They are not much to look at but they went way beyond the norm to help me with the items I needed. Stop and see them, they have what you need.
This experience got worse, not better. My wife initially called with a basic question about snowblower repair pricing and spoke with Don White, who said he is the owner. She was told to “get it through her head” that they had no idea what it would cost. That alone was rude and unnecessary. I then called back myself to clarify and spoke directly with Don.
