I've been a patient for over 10 years. Dentists and hygienists are good. I don't know what's been happening this past year with the front office staff or the the dental assistants, though. The turnover is very high and their knowledge and skills are lacking. I had to do the full head x-ray twice because the dental assistant didn't do it correctly the first time. My visit was very pleasant they were very enjoyable to be around to the point solving my tooth ache and real reasonable I will use them from now on for dental work
I had a wonderful first time patient experience at Riggs Family dental. The front desk ladies were friendly and welcoming. Teresa the dental hygienist took me back and explained everything, asked questions and listened to my dental history. She was very nice, friendly and thorough and relayed everything to Dr Schmidt. Both Teresa and Dr Schmidt are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I am looking forward in returning and happy I found a wonderful dental practice close to home.
