We’ve done a significant amount of business with this company and we’ve dealt with so many billing errors (some of them being equipment we never borrowed but were billed for). There’s a constant revolving door of sales reps which makes it difficult to build any kind of relationship. Do yourself a favor and take your business across the street- you and your bank account will thank you.

I was working on a small construction project that required a pull behind boom lift, to reach something obviously higher than could be safely done on a ladder. I worked with Steven, to set up the rental... Very professional group of people here! The lift was in good shape, worked as it was supposed to and the return of the equipment was just as quick and easy. THX RIGGS!!!
Can’t beat good service and great machines. These guys bead over backwards to make things happen and keep equipment moving for us on job sites, whether it’s a rental we need asap or buying a new machine they make it happen.
