HR rep, Terri was very kind. We were on I-30 when bucket lids flew from the back of a service truck and busted our windshield. We followed the driver, Bobby to a stop. He was very nice and apologized staying "I thought I had thrown them all away but I must have missed some." He gave me his supervisor's contact info and he took my call on a Saturday and was nice. This would be a great place to have a parts department. They used to have one, but now all you get is put on hold or you leave a voicemail and never get a call back. I literally ordered a part from cat in California and had the part delivered, and never got a call back from this location. I’m sure they will blame it on Covid or being short staffed, but we are a larger company than they are and we don’t have those issues, but wait we have better leadership.
