One star is generous for these people. I would like to give -5. They were supposed to fix a side mirror which became a cash job for a relative who suffers with slight dementia. An invoice was not supplied nor was the job done. When I rang to inquire about the charge I was told they know the car but didn’t want to get involved as there was no information on whether the mirror was fixed due to no invoice. I have a printed eftpos receipt showing the date, amount and a transaction reference number but apparently that’s not enoug... read more
