It was a panic call to get a roofing contractor to come inspect a leak, they had the most 5 start reviews on google, so called and scheduled an appt. The next day I tried researching the company and found nothing so I called back and they were super nice and reassuring. The time came for the appt window and no one showed, I reached out and was told someone would be here in 10 min. . . . . no one ever showed and they stopped responding to messages, not sure what kind of scam this is but lesson learned, trust your gut and make... read more
Called this company to get a second opinion estimate for a leak in my roof. Was given a window of arrival from 12-1 on a Tuesday. They called in the morning to confirm said appointment. At 1:30 no one came yet so I called to see where they were, they said they were finishing up a job and they would be here soon. At 2 o'clock i call again and the guy says he's stuck in traffic but he's heading over, it'll take him 30 mins to get to my house.
