If negative reviews were available, I would rate it a minus 5! When we called the shop and explained what needed to be done, we were told to bring the car in so it could be looked at. We drove over an hour to be met with total disregard. The technician on duty refused to even leave the building to look at the car. No friendliness, no professionalism, no service. Go get your auto repair work done at a place that hires workers who care!!
