First off I have a high mileage vehicle that it's constantly something. I take all my work to Randy. He is down to earth and fair and trustworthy. Don't know what else you could ask for from a mechanic. Highly recommended.
They are great..quick with repairs. Very fair prices. I like the 24 months or 24,000 mile guarantee. Very customer friendly. Oh and after some terrible experiences with other auto shops, I feel like I can say they are honest in their dealings and straight up.
I take both of my vehicles to Randy. He is very nice, straight forward guy that i recommend anyone and everyone to. If you have any problems with your vehicle take it to Randy, he knows what he is doing and wont hassle you around.
Check engine light was on and it ended up being nothing. I felt like I could trust him. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars, I was worried about being taken advantage of but he was very honest and up front with me. I will be taking my vehicles here in the future for servicing.
I was referred to Riggan Automotive from my brother and sister-in-law. I was so pleasantly surprised by how friendly Randy and his wife was, it was so great finding a mechanic who is Honest. As soon as I explained what was going on with my car he knew exactly what was wrong with it and charged me half of what another automotive service was going to charge me. He fixed my car fast, and its been running Great! So happy to have found Randy I will be a customer for life now.
