They put a new roof on the house in March of 2018. We purchased the house in May 2018. The roof came with a 1 year warranty which we thought was great at the time. We've now since talked to lots of other roofers and found that many offer 10 year warranties. Other than the warranty, the main issue is that we've had 2 different leaks on the roof now.
