Dr. Potter is an outstanding doctor who truly listens to his patients. He helps our family find the medications and treatments that are best for each of us, and he always takes the time to listen and make us feel heard. We never feel rushed during appointments, and he explains everything clearly. We’re grateful to have such a dedicated and compassionate doctor right here in Rigby. We have recommended him to our friends/family and highly recommend him to anyone else seeking exceptional medical care.
The staff and office are welcoming. I felt that with Dr. Potter I was heard and he took time to talk with me about my health and treatment options.
Dr Potter at rigby family medicine is the most amazing doctor. He takes his time with us every time we visit and I never feel rushed even when it's my entire family he is seeing. His staff is truly amazing and wonderful. When I have questions they do their research and always call back that same day. I cannot say anything but great things about them.
Dr. Potter and his staff really took the time to hear me. They were kind and receptive and Dr. Potter listened to every concern I had with his ears and his heart. He clearly cares deeply.
