Extremely disturbing experience with this repair shop. We left our truck in their care, and when we returned, we found the engine head opened and parts removed without any authorization or prior notice. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. On top of that, the staff showed a complete lack of basic customer service—no professionalism, no proper communication.When we questioned them, we were given vague and inconsistent excuses instead of a clear explanation. Great service. Kinda difficult to get in but was worth it. I think my mechanics name was dwane and was very helpful and thorough with the air line repairs. Highly recommend. Everyone i delt with was very professional.
