I love going to Rifle CrossFit, The coaches are great and really care about my progress. I feel comfortable going to classes at different times, it gotten me to know all the members.
Caroline gives very clear instruction and is a very knowledgeable coach. She puts a lot of emphasis on proper technique and motivates me to put in my best effort. Her coaching has allowed me to increase my fitness level and my confidence.
All the coaches at Rifle CrossFit are Top Notch! Caroline is able to give me a simple correction to my form that makes a huge difference. Every athlete is in good hands no matter what your fitness level or goals. I’m grateful I found such an incredible and supportive atmosphere to grow and get stronger!
