I honestly never thought I’d be a CrossFit person, but this gym has been the best gym I’ve ever been to and now I’m hooked! Caroline, Brandon & the other coaches and members are so supportive and I always walk away proud of myself for completing the challenging workouts. They mix up the workouts & really care about being encouraging and helping with form and any questions we may have. I can’t say enough good things about this gym & the awesome owners.
Caroline was great at explaining the workout and assisting. Great location and equipment, would definitely like to drop in again!
