My experience with the Rifle Collision team has been nothing but excellent. I had visited them 2 other times prior to finally taking my car and fixing my broken headlight. They have always been so welcoming and patient. They treat you like family honestly. You get that local family small business feel. My favorite is Pat. Excellent service. Staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and i felt comfortable through the whole process. My car came back looking like new, and I am so glad that i picked this place to bring my car to. I will continue to say how great of service and tell anyone i know who needs some work done on their car to give you guys a try! Rifle collision has done a awesome job on my car twice now no fault to me....They take alot of pride in their work and they always show kindness to their customers...
Great people but poor quality work. We have over spray on the windows, missing screws/snaps for the trim (we have a lot of loose trim). Driver side door handle fell off becuase they used the wrong size of screws, bondo or some hard gunk stuck to the paint, chipped door and scratches. Does not look like a 100% paint job.
