We bought a foreclosure home from a bank. Not a normal transaction as we had no conditions and we closed in 2 weeks. The team from Diana Rifferts office made it as quick and painless as possible. Great communication from Diana and the secretaries throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal services.
Absolutely wonderful … above expectations, especially since seeing reviews after starting my file there … got letter, and I admit had to be reminded a little, but I made sure that we did our part. Worried for nothing ... A few hicups with buyer, but lawyers office can't control other people. Secretaries are helpful, no one is perfect, they do their jobs. Excellent service and follow up, no surprises in the final bill. I’m sure we’ll be back the next time we need a legal help.
Terrible service!!! The assistant Kathy is extremely rude, made a mistake and refused to take ownership. When trying to get her to correct the mistake, she hung up on me. They had my file on the back burner and treated me like I was an afterthought. Worst part is I still had to pay full price “lawyer fees” even though my file was handled by an assistant that didn’t know what she was doing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Kathy was iggnornant and to say the least not knowledgeable in the slightest. I tried to call and speak with Diana on numerous occasions and Kathy would not connect my call Diana seemed to be in meetings all day everyday. Kathy was a nightmare! Do not put yourself through this she only brought more stress to whole house buying process. Not to mention my father referred us and we got treated like complete garbage!
