I dont even know where to begin with this... So my parents found this schmuck on line. He has good reviews and I don't have a clue how he got them. He was asked to do a patio, 12×12. He told my parents he needed $1300 upfront to start it. Funny thing is, is that he took the money and never came back. This was almost 2 months ago. My parents have called and sent I don't know how many texts to this guy. PLEASE DONT USE THIS BUSINESS!! He will take your money and run!
