Dr. Mamun has a terrible bedside manner. Not willing to explain. was very displeased with her care. Northwell needs to find a better doctors. My G.I. doctor at NYU Langone is much better and more respectful.
First time visit. Loved her! Personable, attentive and communicated with me in ways I could understand. She took her time to explain things, getting to know me and I really enjoyed talking with her! I would absolutely recommend her!
Beware of Dr. Rifat Mamun - Unprofessional and Inconsiderate! I recently had a biopsied endoscopy performed by Dr. Rifat Mamun, and I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience. Three weeks have passed since the procedure, and I am left bewildered by the lack of professionalism and consideration displayed by both Dr. Mamun and her office.
