Terribly slow with operations highway 2 is a mess! 2 years for one strip of road is insane non the less no work is getting done for weeks!

Unsafe and unprofessional when out on the roads doing their jobs, I also suspect this company gets a kickback or some sort of incentive to work on every project in St Joseph County and take as long as possible to get it done. After all the county needs to justify their inflated budget somehow
