Called with an issue related to a previous service visit , they sent a tech fixed the issue and just charged for part . They even took my tools and neatly put them off the the side … well done

Bought genuine john deere parts to rebuild the steering on my 21 year old riding mower. Parts were in stock. A little more expensive than parts from Amazon but they fit and work as good as new.
Stay far away... they sell to move inventory but didn't stand behind any of it and they will make it your problem. I bought a merger in February and when I used it in May and had problems he said I had owned it for some time and it was my problem and simply hung up the phone! don't buy from these guys!
