Tried calling BEFORE closing hours, twice, with no one answering the phones. There is no option to speak to an operator. The business should answer the phone up to closing hours. It's not a hard concept to understand. Just remember, word or mouth travels fast - weather it's good or bad. It's a choice you (they) make.
We had the best experience with this company on a mower repair! They came to pick it up when they said they would. They fixed the issue and gave us a tune up. They brought it back within a week on the day they promised. The service and follow-up was great but the biggest surprise was that they detailed it. This 7 year old mower looks brand new - even the engine was sparkling. Gary, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Our experience with this company was awesome. We will be back!
Called service department as they are listed as a Diamond mower dealer. First guy I talked to had no clue about the product and said another guy would call after he was off the phone. Must be a long call as 5 days later no response. Got immediate answers from Hillsboro equipment in Mauston. If your looking for John Deere service, Ballwegs in Waupun is cheaper and faster
