I wanted to express how impressed I am with the service department at the Riesterer & Schnell dealership in Westfield, Wisconsin. I went into the dealership and spoke the Service Manager, Brian Porter, about having my Kubota UTV serviced. It was approaching the 200 hour service interval. Tried calling BEFORE closing hours, twice, with no one answering the phones. There is no option to speak to an operator. The business should answer the phone up to closing hours. It's not a hard concept to understand. Just remember, word or mouth travels fast - weather it's good or bad. It's a choice you (they) make.

We had the best experience with this company on a mower repair! They came to pick it up when they said they would. They fixed the issue and gave us a tune up. They brought it back within a week on the day they promised. The service and follow-up was great but the biggest surprise was that they detailed it. This 7 year old mower looks brand new - even the engine was sparkling. Gary, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Our experience with this company was awesome. We will be back!
