As I was shopping for a replacement for my 2014 JD Gator, I went to both JD & Kubota' websites. Info was a bit tough to come by, but my John Deere sales person Lukas, was very helpful and truly understood what I wanted. He came up with a fair trade-in and we had a deal. R & S was easy to deal with including Brian Porter of the Service Dept at R & S. Everyone is on the same team...Thank You. I have been dealing with them for about 10 years. +++++
Bought a new 1023e got it home and was leaking oil, and it was obviously leaking before I got it because I never even used it, was "fixed once by another dealership, was still leaking was fixed again, now 4 months later my new tractor already has 2 hours on it and none of it from me, they don't care tho they have my $11,000 , if I wanted something broke I'd been better off to keep what I had
Ordered a simple spindle for a lawn mower. It took 5 trips to get the part right. And turned out that I could have had what I needed on the first trip if they where not so inept.
