This is a long one to read. Love my 1st riding mower purchase in 2024, a John Deere S120, but extremely dissatisfied with my local R&S distributor since I bought. The people are great, but their customer service operations are severely sub-par from John Deere's brand reputation. Paid $400 for 1st full spring service. They FINALLY returned it 5 weeks later after I paid for p/u and delivery, too. Display worked when they picked it up...didn't when returned.
