Been going here for years to have my JD serviced. Always cost me a chunk of change but this time was unexpected and unacceptable. I received a call about a recall on my R120, they said they would pick up fix amd drop off no charge. I then asked if they could do a simple oil change, and was told no problem it would be $99.99. My cousin Ryan writes… Two weeks ago, on June 30th, I blew a drive motor on our Miller Nitro brand sprayer. So I call service motors in Green Bay in search of a part, 4 hours later they call me back and I come to find out what I would’ve assumed to be a common yet expensive part, was back ordered indefinitely.
