I was at the john deere location today in Steven's point, wi and I'd like to give Cory meyer (the service manager) A HUGE SHOUTOUT AND A HUGE THANK YOU !!! I'm a small business owner and I was in the middle of a job when my 535 z-track zero turn mower broke down, I loaded it up and headed to hwy 10 and hwy J to john deere, I was sure they wouldn't have the part in stock or wouldn't even have time to fix it. I have an older model 320 I took to these people and in less than a week later I had it back and running like new. I'm typically a DIY guy but I also know my limits. These folks did not judge and thankfully everything worked out. The parts folks, the service people including the nice lady Lianne (I am thinking that's how she spells her name) were all a delight to work with. More business from me coming. Great first impressions. Thank you everyone I'm not a big deal but I am Average Joe.
