Well my zero turn arrived and it was filthy looked used and the manager said they offer something to make up for the whole bad delivery service nothing happened never got anything to say we’re sorry for the inconvenience or hassle . I ordered online added an updated seat cover with arms that never happened so they had to get one which put our delivery back ( no one called to tell us it wasn’t coming on the set date so I wasted a day off from work waiting ) communication is lacking . Parts department fast, friendly and knowledgeable
We moved here a year and a half ago and owned a great riding John Deere lawn mower. My wife hit a surveying post on the corner of our lot and bent the deck completely. We stopped in at Riesterer & Schnell and were thoroughly impressed with Leann immediately and her “we can do” attitude and willingness to get our lawn mower picked up ASAP.
