Purchased a new Z545R EFI Zero Turn 54” Mower. Karter was great to work with. This is my 2nd large purchase from Riester & Schnell. Very pleased with their service performance and quality of John Deere equipment. I highly recommend this dealership and John Deere equipment.
Not a very happy customer. I needed (2) 1/2” hydraulic hoses. 11 feet in length. Cost at fleet farm is $35 per hose. I figured I would just get them from R&S because they are closer. They cut the hoses and then rang them up. $370. They won’t take them return because they were cut to a specific size and have fittings. I guess I should have asked before but I just didn’t imagine they would be 5 times the price.
Great customer service!! Even though we are three hours away, it was worth the drive!
