My skid steer was having issues and was unable to drive/move it and load onto trailer for repair. I stopped at the service desk and ask about have a someone come out for repairs, they had a service tech come to desk and talk to me about the service codes the machine was having and looked up some quick checks I could do on my own. ( at now charge) I was able to find the damaged wire and got the machine up and running quickly. Thank you
Sent my 3 year old zero turn to Riesterer for routine season readying maintence. Cost for the maintence was a few dollars short of $500. They stated an oil seal failed & needed to be replaced. So- on April 14 I took the mower out to give my lawn the first mowing of the year. I made it perhaps 20 feet to my backyard fence where I engaged the PTO at which time the mower abruptly stopped!!
