First off, Ries makes an outstanding tripod. Made in the USA. This is what attracted me to the company. Since the purchase, I have yet to receive the bag I ordered in September 2023. I've attempted to call and email Ries in order to get the rest of my purchase, and nobody answers the phone, no email response either. I'm working way too hard to get my purchase.
