We had a great experience at Ries Orthodontics! Dr. Ries worked very well with our son. The staff were very friendly, kept us updated on our son’s progress and they tried very hard to be accommodating with scheduling appointments especially if something happened with the braces. We appreciate Lexi alongside other staff members (we wish we could remember all the staff member’s names to recognize them individually) who was very helpful and made sure we had f/u appointments made on the occasions I didn’t have my calendar.
Wonderful experience! They make braces so easy. Dr Ries is hands-on and always available. The office staff is amazing! Lexi always goes above and beyond!
We loved Ries for our son’s orthodontic care! So friendly, Lexi is so organized and very communicative about appointments. The techs there are all knowledgeable and friendly. We had no issues the entire 2 years. My son’s teeth look amazing from where they started! We would highly recommend them!
My son had a wonderful experience with Ries orthodontics. Truly everything we had hoped for when it comes to orthodontic care. We went in with some concerns that Dr. Ries personally took the time to address. We felt he was very knowledgeable, even more so than the other places that we had consulted with.
