We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ries and his team. We’ve seen great progress, and it’s obvious that he truly cares about his patients. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We were especially grateful when an after-hours emergency arose and Dr. Ries made himself available to help. His dedication and commitment to his patients are exceptional. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! We had a great experience. The orthodontist was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t recommend unnecessary orthodontic treatment for my daughter and focused only on what was truly needed. It felt honest, thoughtful, and patient-centered. We left feeling informed and confident in the plan.
I was honestly nervous about getting braces at my age because most of the patients looked much younger. Thankfully nobody here made me feel uncomfortable about it. The orthodontist explained treatment in a very straightforward way and answered questions without sounding rushed. My mouth was extremely sore after the first tightening appointment, but they recommended small tricks that genuinely helped. Three months later, eating feels normal again and the soreness barely lasts now.
We had a great experience at Ries Orthodontics! They are always so friendly and very welcoming! They made every visit easy and comfortable and the appointments always ran on time. I highly recommend them!
I met Dr. Ries last year outside of work. I found him to be such a pleasant person. Recently saw him again and asked if I could bring my retainers to his office to be cleaned since my orthodontist did not have a “ machine “. He did not “ blink an eye” and asked me to reach out to his office. I spoke to Michelle who was very professional and welcomed me even though there was no charge. She made me feel like an important person. I wish when I had Invisalign done five years ago I had known about this practice. Thank you.
