I am not planning to come back to pavilion woman center, it is always something. Customer service is the worst. I had a miscarriage last yet and filed a complaint about how I was treated and the bill for bad customer service. Never received my feedback. Today, I came with my 6 Yrs son to have my annual check-up and they did not allow me to enter to my appointment because visitors are not allowed but I do not have baby sitter and we passed through the hospital Covid protocol plus I am full vaccinated. Compassionate, kind, and a very well researched MD. I appreciate having a doc like him! I just wish he had a clinic outside of the med center!
