New owner - Cruz Hall Awful time management, not professional, refused to work on the car after they started, and missing battery. I’ve been to the shop 5x and guys are always standing around haven’t seen one guy turning a wrench.. WOULDN’T recommend !! Waste of time, money and headache!
My experience was horrible with them when they were at the other location in Cortland my van got the mufflers catalytic converters cut off it. They said they wouldn’t replace it. I guess other vehicles got theirs cut off at the same time. It sat there for two months, probably they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the van Smashed my back door on my van didn’t tell me the van was sitting there at the place. They do good work. Pleasant place
Paid this shop over $400 to replace 2 flex pipes and this is the quality of work we received. Tried reaching out to have them fix it, they said call us on this day I call he said I got your number I will call you back haven’t heard anything in 2 days. So if you want ray Charles to do some welding this shop is for you. Sad to they came recommend by a family friend. Maybe they thought being my wife took the car in they could take advantage of her and charge her way to much for a half a** job I need to have another shop fix!!
Had absolutely NO, idea what was wrong with my vehicle. Nothing but problems with his life. And his employee. If you have a mysterious electrical issue with your vehicle, go somewhere else. And they drink at work. On the job.
