This place is so rude. I didn’t get a reminder of my appointment because they had my incorrect phone number. It wasn’t even close to my number. They had my insurance information in of course for payment. I have a disability and need those reminders. They are “courtesy calls” now they want to schedule for in another month. While the Doctor and Staff are polite and I would recommend. There is one part I didn't care for. To book my surgery they need to hold my credit card for and out of pocket charges my Insurance doesn't cover. A BLIND Bill! Heck No! I want the bill first then pay with credit card. Full medical disclosure.
Absolute the worst place. To start the doctor I seen at RIENT did not do the procedure correctly, to top it off I then ended up in the ER with a large ear infection associated with the procedure several days later. The Johnston location is filthy. Finally figuring I would wash my hands of this place, several months close to a year later I received a significant bill that was incorrectly processed by their billing department, and actually paid by my insurance. Dr Quay diagnosed my wife's throat cancer and has set up a team to make sure it gets treated and cured can't say enough about this office The Dr and the staff have been nothing but understanding and professional
Dr. Zack is great he is very patient with my daughter who is autistic. Takes the time to explain everything and is quick to answer a call if necessary.
