Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review about Riemer’s work and behaviors. Overall, the experience working with them could be worthy of a show named “renovation from hell”. I hired Dan Riemer for a medium size project that included: creating a laundry room, adding a bathroom, removing a cumbersome circular staircase to create a comfortable stairwell as well as demolishing an old deck to build a new one. I have used Riemer contracting twice now once for a kitchen remodel and once for a bathroom remodel. Extremely helpfully for every phase of the project offering suggestions for items I was unsure about and helping me cut costs but not quality. When issues came up I felt in the loop. I intend on using them in the future to help extend a deck around a recently installed pool.

Dan and his sons installed three bathrooms for us and built a deck all in the course of one month! We are so pleased with the level of professionalism and the care taken while they were in our home. Very hard to find people these days with such a great honest and moral foundation we plan on having other projects done in the future!
