I don't know this person. I was working with another doctor at Cancer and Blood Specialists, and never asked or agreed to meet with this person or contracted her services in any way. Now I am being surprise billed (at specialist rates) for her services on top of the services of the doctor I was working with. It looks like other reviewers have had the same experience. Unacceptable.
This doctor—whom I don't even know—billed my insurance company for procedures I never had! I have no idea who she is or why she decided to charge my insurance company. It’s outrageous!
This doctor has been billing me for a service rendered to another party. It has been going on for 4 months now. I have contacted her company, Cancer and Blood Specialists, numerous times and the issue is still not resolved. The simple fact is Dr. Badr billed an insurer different than mine and they paid what was allowable for the service. This alone should have told her office that I cannot be the part who owes a balance because insurers who don't cover you don't make payments for you.
