Terrible landlords to work with
The staff of Rieley Properties is absolutely wonderful, however the organizational aspect of the company is poor and the quality of housing is poor or very poor. They charged me an extra month of rent, and have a lot of fee's associated with their leases. The cost per square foot is high, and the quality of the square feet is low. The apartments in the champlain school house are cheaply refinished by underpaid maintenance workers who aren't given the proper budgets to do a good job. I lived at the Seymour St apartments and had a great experience - excellent notifications from the property management team and they were as nice when I moved out as when I moved in - also loved the maintenance guys - texted me when they were coming to respond to a request and let me know when they were finished - I’d live there again if I come back to the Burlington Area - thanks for everything Tina and tell everyone I said thanks so much!!
Tons of fees, overpriced monopoly on the Burlington apartments
They charge you the city tax landlords pay to rent out a unit out of your security deposit. Total scam.
