You should really have a discussion with your drivers who think it is okay to tailgate, and crossover multiple lanes of traffic without signaling. I was just on 210 eastbound, out of North Kansas city, and your driver was a hazard to anyone near him. I came very close to calling the police, but at the last minute your switched lanes (again without signaling) and blew through a red light as 210 crossed under 435.
