I called this company with a question about a forklift battery. My question was not related to buying anything and they were not obligated to answer but they put me with a guy named Bob and he was very knowledgeable and very willing to help me figure out what I needed to do even though I'm not a regular forklift products customer. I was very impressed. If I owned forklifts and needed service I would definitely go to this company.
