Stay away from them! after agreed on location and price for towing, they told me we must stop by company yard for the payment and then we will continue to drop off location, after payment they dropped off the truck their yard like a impound the truck, they didn’t drop off the location that we agreed on, they victimized me and the staff was so rude and miserable. Even they don’t have a website! They are a scammer, DO NOT USE THIS company!
If you ever need towing service or any other service for that matter I highly recommend going anywhere BUT here… I have never encountered rude and more ignorant people than I did today. If you have a choice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Staff is extremely rude except for one lady who was more polite. They will overcharge you and not work with you at all. Tow driver instructed us to call the office for payment, but were told they don't accept payment over the phone. The vehicle was held in a storage lot, then they moved it to another storage lot to rack up more charges. Working in the transportation industry, this is not how you treat customers. It'll come around back to them.
STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THEM. Had a driver break down on the NJTP and they refused to let our office pay over the phone, then proceeded to move the car to another location and charge another $400. ON top of that we had to hire another tow company to tow it to the final destination. Charged over $1400 for a 10 mile tow. Rude, unprofessional. STAY AWAY. Karma will get them in the end. DO NOT USE.
After dealing with another company, i realize how horrible this place was. Staff was downright rude and miserable. The purposely made me wait for over an hour because no one felt like escorting me to get my belongings. The owner tried to steal my toolbox and not let me remove it from my truck by claiming his insurance wouldn’t let me use a screwdriver on his lot. I have never seen a business that lacked so much integrity as this one. Avoid at all costs!! zero stars.
