It's only the beginning. I didn't even take possession of a townhouse I'm in contract with in Campbell Hall. If you purchased a brand new tire and it had a hole in it prior to ever hitting the pavement and the mechanic said, "that's OK we'll just plug it up", would you be satisfied ? More to follow..
Reiger homes builders gave me a Horrible experience. First kept me in the dark with what I would pay in property taxes ( $16,000.00) until I was at the closing. I would not have built a house and pay that high property tax. The Lawn they gave me was full of rocks and boulders which looks like the surface of the MOON. The Reigers make you feel like family until MONEY changers hand, they won’t even answer my call. I would not recommend them at all ever. All this caused me to move!!!!!

We thought we were getting a quality house buying from Reiger, but what we found is a high price with cheap materials, poor workmanship, and a complete reluctance to make things correct. Issues we still have - leaking foundation, doors that leak after rain, mysterious electrical issues. The kicker is what we have not seen until now - tons of drywall dust & construction debris in our vents. What a nightmare....I fear that our family may develop lung cancer thanks to Reiger.
