Poor security measurements, high risk.... I’m extremely disappointed with the way the loan department at Riegel FCU handles its processes. From my experience, there seems to be a serious lack of adherence to strict policies and guidelines when reviewing loan applications and distributing funds to members, often involving bias, or the twisting of policies.
