Don't shop at Reid's. They don't like people who sing Christmas carols.
The way they treat their customers, is second to none. They provide great service and atmosphere to their customers for many years. and may continue to give great service to the Olean area for many more years.

Today went to order 2 subs for dinner. The person who waited on me did not even give me a chance to complete my order before being very rude and cutting me off. Filed complaint and got told by the deli manager that rudeness happens when they get busy. Overall not impressed. The store has changed.
Amazing service.. just always loved everything about it....
