Honestly, I'm a little frustrated by this company. I expect a rent increase every year, the past two years it's been 4%. In my new lease renewal I just got last week, my monthly rent is going up 24% (virtually $200 per month) and my apartment isn't even one of the renovated ones in Town Hall Terrace. The women in the office do a great job and I know none of this is on them. To jump from a 4% yearly increase to 24%? It's insane to me and quite frankly greedy.
I have lived with Town Hall Terrace for approximately 18 years. For the last 8 years, I have had my disability spot right out front of my apartment because of a degenerative disc disease with my spine, heart issue, lymphedema in my left leg. A woman in the next building over took my spot that was given to me. When I asked the office to put a disability sign up in front of her building for her and give me back my spot. I got no answer. Any township considering this company for construction should read this review. We live just a few houses from the Hammocks construction in Fairview, PA 16415. For close to the last 2 years we have witnessed construction from 5am to dusk. Semi trucks J braking at 5 am. Blocked roads all hours of the day. School buses waiting as they block the roads when they have at least 50 acres of land to use for staging. Workers sleeping in cars on side road throughout the day 5 days a week leaving trash.
