Honestly, I'm a little frustrated by this company. I expect a rent increase every year, the past two years it's been 4%. In my new lease renewal I just got last week, my monthly rent is going up 24% (virtually $200 per month) and my apartment isn't even one of the renovated ones in Town Hall Terrace. The women in the office do a great job and I know none of this is on them. To jump from a 4% yearly increase to 24%? It's insane to me and quite frankly greedy.
I have lived with Town Hall Terrace for approximately 18 years. For the last 8 years, I have had my disability spot right out front of my apartment because of a degenerative disc disease with my spine, heart issue, lymphedema in my left leg. A woman in the next building over took my spot that was given to me. When I asked the office to put a disability sign up in front of her building for her and give me back my spot. I got no answer.
