I think the houses are ok. Way too pricey due to inflation. And the materials used are cheap. Probably brought from Mexico. A lot details that they never came back to fix. Cabinets were missing handles, corners and edges of structure have gaps and holes. Too many minor details, but many visible cosmetic flaws that I had to fix. For a $271K house I think I overpaid but that’s on me, plus they never showed us a model. I was a first time buyer, but I will never buy a house from Riedel construction again.
