He’s friendly enough but often makes imprudent comments and has difficulty being tactful. I don’t think it’s intentional, I just think he doesn’t know better. Regarding the paint job, I had paint splash around the framing and baseboards. He did not do enough coats on the interior paint job, and I had old paint showing up in spots.
