The service that Riecke Mechanical has been great, zero issues, they have been very responsive and are very professional. They have never been late for an appointment, always keep us informed. They maintain our 3 HVACs and generator, everything runs great and smoothly because of their service.

My 79-year-old mother spent $21,253 with Riecke Mechanical for a new HVAC system in December 2023. Her old unit was installed after Katrina. When my husband and I visited her house a couple weeks later, we were in disbelief. The house was freezing inside! We had to use blankets while watching TV on the living room sofa. I contacted them to service my whole home generator (listed on approved contractor list). Turned out they can’t spell generator much less fix them. The original battery had corroded and they replaced the battery and the terminal connectors. They used cheap connectors and no anti-corrosion pads. 8 months later, the generator quit working and they diagnosed the problem as being a bad controller board.
