I was with them a few years ago however I wasn’t in the position to do a review on google I did on fb but I noticed it got removed and I got blocked. The owner who is disabled herself sends abusive emails. They will be all friendly at first but if you put in complaints about their workers it’s another story. Even when their support workers make up story’s and you have security footage to prove them wrong the owner still takes the workers side. You’re not heard, supported, or anything! Wouldn’t recommend at all
Rie and the team care deeply about the work that they do for their clients. I've heard some NDIS horror stories, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend.
