Very disappointed in jobs and cost. Main points; Phoned before getting them to do job in regard to cost which at no time did they advise minimum of one hour charged regardless how long job takes. I asked them how long job would likely take as I needed to keep to a budget, obviously didn't care. The job from unloading to loading van took all of 20 mins. I found the experience with Ridleys a pleasure. Right from the first phone call to the completion of the job. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly le and simply just very good at their job.
Ridleys had come to unblock front drain on Monday March 25. Unfortunately our drain was still blocked again this week and kitchen sink would not drain! The receptionist was very understanding and Philip the plumber took the job. He communicated well, did the job in a timely manner and apologised for the drain still being blocked. It is now draining well. We would definitely ask for Philip again!
