Marissa is probably the best pharmacy tech I’ve ever met, she’s knowledgeable, always willing to help and amazing with my littles. Everytime we go to Ridley’s we have to stop by the pharmacy to say Hi and get a sucker from Marissa even if we don’t have prescriptions 😂
Terrible experience. The pharmacist, Diane, refused to fill a prescription written by my doctor and told me I would have to wait 30 days for the refill. I told her that the medicine was causing me such depression that I was suicidal. She refused to even call the doctor! She proceeded to scream at me and call me names (including profane ones that I will not repeat). This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it was dangerous.
