Between the living in black mold for years, the leaking of water to my downstairs nieghbor where her ceiling collapsed, to nieghbors having bedbugs and even break ins from the staff themselves.... they like to sell the place from under your nose and then force you to continue living in horrible health conditions, they may look like nice apartments from the outside but they are not maintained in the slightest and will likely take a toll on your body If there was a lower star than 1, I'd have given it Don't walk away from this... read more
From day one we had many problems, from outlets not working to stains on the floors. The landlords never answered our calls and were never at the office to talk. They also sold the place without telling the tenants what's going on and didn't get the place inspected first. Don't bother with this place at all run away.

Have lived here for 2+ years and unfortunately left only due to employment reasons. Lived in the 306 1/2 building and never had an issue with the apartment or management company. Quick to respond to maintenance requests I had, but they were major requests such as no water output in unit. Rent was super cheap for what amenities the apartment included like dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer hook up. Overall design of my unit was nice and updated.
