I resided at Ridley Station Apartments for 9 years and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Whenever I encountered an issue it was immediately addressed. The area is scenically gratifying and quiet. The off street parking is a plus. My apartment was very spacious and my only utility bill was for electricity. I had 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, built in washer and dryer, dishwasher and fully designed kitchen. The grounds were always maintained and snow plowed in the winter. Between the living in black mold for years, the leaking of water to my downstairs nieghbor where her ceiling collapsed, to nieghbors having bedbugs and even break ins from the staff themselves.... they like to sell the place from under your nose and then force you to continue living in horrible health conditions, they may look like nice apartments from the outside but they are not maintained in the slightest and will likely take a toll on your body If there was a lower star than 1, I'd have given it Don't walk away from this... read more

From day one we had many problems, from outlets not working to stains on the floors. The landlords never answered our calls and were never at the office to talk. They also sold the place without telling the tenants what's going on and didn't get the place inspected first. Don't bother with this place at all run away.
